ADMISSION & ELIGIBILITY (RULE 6.0):

Enrolment Prerequisite

Admission to the diploma program is conducted through the DCECE (PE) entrance exam conducted by BCECE Board entrance exam.

Admissions to the first year of these Diploma courses are strictly merit-based

Entrance Exam: Candidates must qualify for the Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE - PE), conducted in offline mode by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB).

Counselling: Final seat allotment is done through the online Polytechnic Admission Counselling process managed by the BCECE board, based on the DCECE merit list.

Programs Offered & Seat Intake

The institute offers 3-year Diploma programmes in five core engineering disciplines with a total annual intake of 360 students:

Civil Engineering (CE) – 120 seats

Mechanical Engineering (ME) – 60 seats

Electrical Engineering (EE) – 60 seats

Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) – 60 seats

Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) – 60 seats
