In strict compliance with the Department of Science, Technology & Technical Education (DSTTE), Bihar guidelines, no student will be permitted to appear in semester examinations without fulfilling the 75% attendance criteria.

To ensure absolute transparency, accuracy, and discipline, the institute utilizes an advanced Biometric Attendance System for daily marking.

It is compulsory for every student to register their attendance via the biometric devices both at the commencement and completion of college hours.

Daily records are automatically synchronized with the central monitoring portal, and any unauthorized absence or proxy will be subject to strict disciplinary actions.

"Medical or exceptional leaves must be formally approved by the Head of the Department (HOD) and the Principal with valid supporting documents to be considered under special relaxations."
