Material Testing Laboratory is the backbone of civil engineering, ensuring the strength, reliability, and safety of structures . From testing concrete to evaluating soil, each step in the construction process and analysis. Civil engineers and construction professionals work on various testing methods to assess the properties of different materials.

HYDROLICS LAB

The Hydraulics Lab is focused on providing practical experiences in fluid mechanics and open channel flow, key for engineering students and professionals working in water resources in civil engineering. This laboratory facilitates understanding of the principles and applications of fluid dynamics through hands-on experiments.

SURVEYING LAB

Surveying is the process of determining relative positions of different objects on the surface of the earth by measuring horizontal distances between them and preparing a map to any suitable scale.

Survey is performed to prepare a map of relative positions on surface of the earth. It shows the natural feature of a country such as towns, villages, roads, railways, etc

This laboratory have many instruments. Electronic total station, Laser theodolite, Auto levels, Vernier theodolite, Digital plain meter, Dumpy levels. The various other equipment’s available in the lab are,
